The GFX is operated by GEARS OF FUTURE ADVANCED ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Gears of Future", “GFX”, "we", "us", or "our"), having its operational office at No.2, C-112, 2nd Cross Rd, East of NGEF Layout, Kasturinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560043, India.

You are permitted to create a hyperlink to the homepage of the GFX, provided that the link does not present Gears of Future, its services, or its products in a misleading, false, derogatory, or offensive manner. You may not use any Gears of Future logo or proprietary graphic as part of the link without written authorization.

Sanctions and Export Policy

Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental actions, internet outages, system failures, strikes, or any other force majeure events. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

 

Waiver

No failure or delay by GEARS OF FUTURE ADVANCED ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. If we choose not to act upon a breach on your part, this does not prevent us from taking action in the future in respect of the same or any other breach.
