This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our seller website or submit an enquiry about selling, brand registration or related services.
We process personal data under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and its rules, as applicable and in force.
This website collects enquiries only. Seller registration, identity verification, banking information and payments are handled separately. Activities on thegfx.ai and the Partner Dashboard are subject to their respective privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, work email address, phone number if provided, business type and enquiry message.
We also retain related correspondence needed to handle your request.
Please do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or customer personal data in your enquiry.
Our website and connected services may also collect technical and usage information, including device and browser details, IP addresses, pages visited, interaction events and cookie identifiers.
3. Why We Use Your Information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to questions about GFX and support discussions about becoming a seller or registering a brand.
Technical information supports website operation, security, troubleshooting and usage measurement.
We do not use contact details submitted through these enquiry forms for promotional email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone campaigns.
4. Enquiry Processing and Seller Onboarding
Enquiries are stored in our GFX HubSpot environment and handled through automated workflows. Seller onboarding is carried out manually as a separate process.
GFX AI is used in handling enquiries.

5. Consent and Your Choices

You can withdraw consent by emailing policy@gearsoffuture.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed beforehand. Relevant processing will stop unless another lawful reason requires or permits its continuation.
Withdrawing consent to handle an enquiry may prevent us from completing that request.
6. Advertising and Marketing
We do not use enquiry submissions for promotional campaigns, advertising audience creation or remarketing through Google or Meta.
Website analytics, where enabled, are separate from enquiry handling and are described in the cookies section of this policy.
7. Cookies and Connected Technologies
Our website uses hosting and security technologies. Google Analytics supports website usage measurement, and Google Tag Manager manages website tags and connected measurement tools.
These technologies may collect technical information and website interaction data. The information collected depends on the tools and settings enabled.

9. Processing Locations
Connected service providers may process personal data in India and other countries. We do not represent that all website or enquiry data remains within India.
International processing is subject to applicable legal restrictions. Information about the processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry can be requested through our privacy contact.
10. Retention and Deletion
For businesses that do not proceed to seller onboarding, we retain enquiry records for six months after the enquiry is closed. After this period, we delete or anonymise them unless continued retention is required by law.
If you proceed to seller onboarding, relevant information becomes part of your onboarding record and is handled under the privacy notice applicable to that service.
Technical information, analytics records and backups follow the configured retention arrangements of the relevant services. Deletion from backups follows the applicable backup lifecycle.
11. Security
We use access restrictions and multifactor authentication for relevant administrative accounts to help protect personal data.
No system can guarantee absolute security. We will investigate personal data breaches, take appropriate remedial action and provide notifications as required by applicable law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and the commencement of relevant provisions, you may request a summary of your personal data and its processing, information about recipients, correction or updating, and erasure where retention is not required.
You may also withdraw consent, raise a grievance and exercise applicable nomination rights in the event of death or incapacity.
