Does GFX Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our users is an important part of our business, and we do not sell your personal information to others. We share your personal information only as described below, and only with trusted third parties or service providers that adhere to practices that are as protective as those outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Transactions Involving Third Parties

GFX enables services and transactions involving third-party sellers. For example, products available through GFX may be listed and sold by third-party sellers. In such cases, your personal information may be shared with the respective seller in order to fulfill the transaction. You will be able to identify when a third party is involved in your transaction, and your data will only be shared to the extent necessary for processing your order or providing customer support.

Third-Party Service Providers

We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. These services may include logistics and delivery, payment processing, marketing support, customer service, and analytics. These service providers are granted access to only the personal information necessary to perform their tasks, and they are obligated to handle such information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and not for any other purpose.

Business Transfers

As our business evolves, we may buy, merge with, or sell businesses or services. In such transactions, user information may be transferred as part of the business assets. Any such transfer will continue to be governed by the existing privacy commitments unless you are otherwise notified and provided an option to opt out, where applicable.

We may release personal information if required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of GFX, our users, or others. This may include sharing information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.

What About Advertising?

Third-Party Advertisers and External Links:
GFX may feature third-party advertisements and links to external websites or applications. These third-party advertising partners may collect certain information about you when you interact with their content, ads, or services. This data collection may be used to deliver interest-based advertising or to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns.

Use of Third-Party Advertising Services:
We may work with advertising partners to display personalized ads that are more relevant to you. To do this, we may share anonymized data—such as a hashed identifier, cookie ID, or device identifier—with these partners. We do not share your name or any information that directly identifies you. For example, if you have already interacted with GFX content or downloaded an app associated with GFX, we may prevent repetitive ads from showing again using this data.

These third-party ad services may also use this anonymized data to show you ads from other advertisers. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser or device settings, or by adjusting your advertising preferences where available.

If you have any concerns regarding how your data is used for advertising purposes, you may contact us directly or review our Privacy Policy for more information.

We are committed to protecting your data and will not make material changes to our privacy practices that would reduce protection for your personal information collected in the past without first obtaining your consent.

If a seller wishes to add products to GFX that already exist on a third-party marketplace, they may do so by exporting the relevant product data from that platform and importing it into GFX. By importing such products to GFX, the seller grants GFX the full rights to use, modify, market, and distribute the associated product information, media, and data as necessary to support platform operations, promotional efforts, and service delivery.
